Job Summary
Seasonal Inventory Clerk based in Modesto, CA, on-site at the Distribution Center. Responsibilities include performing a full floor count of inventories from the previous day and reconciling variances with the Manager, coordinating with QA for releases to move inventory, creating an inventory control sheet to identify codes, production lines, and locations for put-away, determining quantities and storage locations for upcoming packing, eliminating wasted space while maintaining identifying codes, assisting with scanning pallets prior to put-away, tagging pallets for designated designations (e.g., New York, Canada, priority of shipment), identifying recouped inventory and its original storage, and creating stock relocation sheets for weekend use, along with filing in the inventory control office and performing other duties as assigned. The role requires attention to detail, data entry ability, math and grammar skills, and strong verbal/interpersonal communication; prior manufacturing or similar role experience is preferred. Wellbeing benefits are provided and the job operates in a warehouse environment with standing and walking portions and occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- At least one or more years of experience in data entry.
- Verbal and interpersonal communication skills both in conversation and writing.
- Proficiency in basic math and grammar skills.
