Job Summary
Seasonal Inbound Warehouse Associate 1 at Sephora’s Maryland Distribution Center. Responsible for safely receiving, picking, packing, prepping, putting away, and shipping Sephora orders to retail stores and online customers following established procedures. Cross-trained to support receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping as needed. Adheres to safety rules (OSHA), loss prevention policies, and company policies; maintains regular attendance and flexibility to work designated shifts and overtime. Operates RF terminals and follows WMS picking procedures; demonstrates basic math, customer service, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with WMS picking procedures
- Familiarity with warehouse layout
- Ability to operate RF terminals
- Ability to pack product
- Basic math skills
- Ability to be cross-trained in receiving, pick, pack, put-away and shipping processes
- Ability to work with others in a team-based environment
- Ability to stand, sit, squat, lift and walk for duration of shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs
