Seasonal In Store Financial Brand Ambassador

Engage customers on the retail floor to share the benefits of the client’s financial product (Credit Cards) in a clear, relatable way and guide them to a product that fits their lifestyle. Serve as the in-store expert so customers and store staff look to you as the go-to resource, drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations, and deliver an outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application. Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require, and build strong working relationships with store teams. Handle customer information with professionalism and confidentiality. Requires strong communication and listening skills, ability to work independently and with a team, and willingness to complete a criminal background check. In-person role with base wage plus uncapped commission; schedule includes weekdays and weekends; locations include Gatineau, Quebec, Canada.
