Seasonal In-Store Financial Brand Ambassador

Seasonal in-store role focusing on direct customer engagement to promote a financial brand’s credit products. Responsibilities include educating customers on product benefits, guiding needs-based selections, serving as the in-store expert for both customers and staff, driving brand awareness and new customer acquisition through one-on-one conversations, delivering exceptional customer experiences from first hello to completed application, and coordinating with store teams across assigned locations. Requires professional handling of customer information, flexibility to cover multiple store locations, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Compensation includes a base hourly wage with uncapped commission; onboarding and ongoing coaching are provided; schedule flexibility across Monday–Sunday with 9am–9pm windows; opportunities for permanent full-time or part-time roles. Prior sales or customer-facing experience is an asset, as is comfort with background checks and possessing a valid driver’s license or vehicle (helpful but not required)."
