Seasonal ICU RN

Seasonal ICU RN opportunity on night shift at Logan Health Medical Center for a 13-week assignment in a high-intensity ICU. You’ll provide advanced, patient-centered care to critically ill patients with life-threatening conditions such as sepsis, multi-organ failure, ARDS, and complex post-operative complications, using life-support technologies including ventilators, CRRT, and ECMO. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes, educate families during stressful situations, and respond rapidly to deteriorations in a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio. Requires a minimum of 2 years ICU/critical care experience and Montana RN license (or multi-state compact); RQI/BLS within 7 days, ACLS and NIHSS within 6 months; BSN preferred. This seasonal position offers a 13-week full-time schedule with premiums and bonuses, with night shifts and no provided health benefits.
