Job Summary

Communicate and enforce human resources policies, procedures, and programs across Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Compliance. Manage employee concerns, inquiries, and programs to reduce turnover while facilitating onboarding, offboarding, and on-site learning. Support recruiting organizations, external customers, and internal operations through clear communications of HR processes and organizational change initiatives. Maintain high standards of confidentiality and deliver consultative partnerships with business management using Microsoft Office and Workday. Requires U.S. citizenship or work authorization, a Bachelor's degree, and prior HR experience with Workday and Fountain.

Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interactive communication skills
  • Skilled in effective research tactics with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality
  • Ability to convey a positive and professional image to internal and external customers
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
  • Must be available for weekend shifts
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior HR experience with the ability to utilize Workday and Fountain
  • Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent
