Job Summary

Communicate and enforce human resources policies, procedures, and programs across Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Compliance areas. Manage employee concerns, inquiry management, and programs to reduce turnover while supporting onboarding, offboarding, and on-site learning facilitation. Provide HR support to geographies with close physical proximity to one to multiple UPS locations, promoting effective relationships between HR and Operations partners. Compose clear communications of HR processes and updates to stakeholders, developing tools to organize and prioritize initiatives. Requires close physical proximity to business operations and the ability to travel to support recruiting events.

Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interactive communication skills
  • Skilled in effective research tactics with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality
  • Ability to convey a positive and professional image to internal and external customers
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
  • Must be available for weekend shifts
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior HR experience with the ability to utilize Workday and Fountain
  • Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent
