Job Summary
Create and publish open positions across job boards and platforms, and participate in local job fairs to attract top talent. Review incoming applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates, then schedule and conduct virtual or face-to-face interviews. Initiate and monitor pre-employment background checks and drug screenings, while facilitating the completion of required onboarding documents and strictly managing Form I-9 verification. Coordinate schedules for new hire orientations and support onboarding functions to ensure a seamless first-day experience. Maintain tracking logs to reflect open versus filled positions throughout the hiring cycle. This temporary assignment supports high-volume recruiting for Fulfillment, Contact Center, and Retail teams during the holiday peak season, with an anticipated end date in December.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1+ years of experience

- Strong technical skills and knowledge of HRIS and reporting
- Ability to review and analyze data
- Experience using Excel/Google Sheets

- Ability to adapt styles to different audiences
- Ability to provide weekend and evening availability

- Ability to perform work in tight quarter workstations

- The ability to walk long distances
- The ability to climb flights of stairs throughout the day
- The ability to either stand for long periods of time
- The ability to remain in a stationary position
- Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one work area to another
- Adjusting or moving objects over 20 lbs in all directions
