Seasonal Housekeeping Supervisor

Coordinate staff schedules and supervise daily housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness standards and ensure efficient workflows. Act as relief for the Housekeeping Manager, oversee room inspections, and manage inventory of linens, supplies, and chemicals through monthly audits. Train, evaluate, and motivate team members while enforcing union agreements and safety protocols. Handle guest complaints, document maintenance requests, and control key issuance. Establish cleaning schedules for guest rooms and public areas, submit purchase requests, and support sustainability initiatives. Maintain effective communication with Front Office and Maintenance departments.
