Job Summary
Professional housekeeping duties including cleaning vacation rental properties to prescribed standards; perform sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry and linen handling; identify damages and create maintenance tickets; maintain guest-ready environments, stock supplies, and assist with hot tub maintenance; travel between worksites; meet housekeeping metrics; participate in mandatory meetings; be dependable, time-conscious, and able to work independently within a collaborative team; strong communication with guests and homeowners; flexibility to work on early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Requires reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 50 pounds; on-site training offered; background check and/or OFAC screening may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
- Prior housekeeping experience is a bonus but not required - we can train!
- Tech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and applications and comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and various software platforms.
- This role involves frequent travel between worksites, so reliable personal transportation is essential.
