Job Summary
Greet guests at the pool area, take accurate orders, and relay them to the kitchen or bar promptly. Maintain a clean and organized pool area by clearing empty dishes, drinkware, and debris while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Upsell additional items, promote hotel amenities, and anticipate guest needs to ensure their experience is enjoyable. Work closely with kitchen staff, food runners, and bartenders to ensure smooth operations. This seasonal role requires standing and walking for up to eight hours, lifting items up to 25 pounds, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat, sun, rain, and cold. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential. Compensation is $16.50 per hour plus tips.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
