Job Summary
Seasonal Host at Cecconi's Dumbo. Greeting guests and members, answering high-volume phone lines, and creating reservations for club/restaurants. Train reception team on process and service standards, master the phone system, ensure accurate and courteous interactions, manage guest expectations, build relationships with members and guests, and support service in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Must have OpenTable and MICROS experience
- Must have experience answering high-volume phone lines
- Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
