Seasonal Host

Seasonal Host at Renaissance Newport Beach (Pyramid Global Hospitality). Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, managing seating charts, relaying guest requests to servers and management, guiding guests to tables, noting guest needs and accessibility considerations, maintaining seating charts and cover tallies, monitoring menus and wine lists, presenting menus, handling reservations, coordinating comp/third-party payments, answering phones, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience. Maintain station readiness and cleanliness, communicate with management, and support a People First culture across the resort’s hospitality operations.
