Job Summary
Operate daily business functions for special food and beverage programming, assisting with serving and handling food and beverage while preparing items for service. Answer guest questions efficiently about programs, exhibitions, events, policies, gardens, and buildings; maintain accurate money till and stock inventory. Proficient in POS and ticketing systems, cross-train on all Guest Services functions, and serve as relief personnel for Hospitality and Guest Services positions. Uphold Newfields standards of extraordinary customer service and ensure requirements and Hospitality Standards are met. Available September through January with some holidays; holds a current Indiana alcohol employee permit or ability to obtain one.
Required Qualifications
