Seasonal Horticulture Crew

Seasonal park maintenance crew role performing grounds, landscaping, and facility upkeep for city parks, cemetery, and facilities. Tasks include planting installations, pruning, mulching, weeding, mowing, edging, watering, litter pickup, janitorial duties in restrooms and facilities, and assisting with special event setup and service. Ability to work 16-40 hours per week, independently or in a small team, with pay determined by experience and availability. Driven by safety and quality of life objectives for O'Fallon; various shifts and opportunities to work across the parks department, including ballfield maintenance. Requires ability to work in varied weather, operate equipment, and follow instructions; strong work ethic, reliability, and good communication are emphasized.
