Job Summary
Seasonal Guest Services Agent for Beach Properties of Hilton Head Island. Responsibilities include assembling welcome packets (parking and pool passes), entering packet information into the system and emailing it to community contacts, handling inquiries via phone, email, internet, and in person, delivering professional and knowledgeable service, staying calm under pressure, upselling opportunities, liaising with all departments to ensure top service, maintaining accurate paperwork and booking details, performing general administrative duties, fostering positive relationships with guests and vendors, and assisting with arrival/departure guest interactions. Must demonstrate upbeat attitude, strong communication, organization, multitasking, and weekend availability; prior vacation rental experience (2+ years) and familiarity with Breezeway or similar programs are desirable.
