Job Summary
Conduct guest interactions, manage cash register operations, and handle merchandise stocking, setting, and selling across general merchandise, food, and style departments. Scan, move, and lift products up to 40 pounds while ensuring accurate pricing and inventory management on the sales floor. Resolve guest questions quickly and maintain visual merchandising presentations to support sales goals. Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays with regular attendance required. Join a team of specialized seasonal consultants focused on guest experience and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest first culture across the store
- Experience in retail business fundamentals: department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement
- Experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
