Job Summary
Conduct various maintenance duties including light plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and groundskeeping to ensure the campground meets quality standards. Mow, weed, and edge common areas while maintaining company vehicles and equipment. Monitor maintenance inventory, attend morning staff meetings to coordinate vendor appointments, and report concerns directly to management. Perform repairs, manage fire pit cleaning, and adjust swimming pool chemicals as assigned. Willing to work weekends, holidays, and be on call for after-hours emergencies. Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 pounds required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Current auto insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work with heavy equipment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to use email
- Ability to use internet
- Willingness to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours
- Willingness to work most weekends & holidays
