Job Summary
Seasonal Groundskeeper needed to join Otterbein SeniorLife’s maintenance team. Responsibilities include mowing lawns with hand/power/riding mower, trimming and edging around walks and beds, hand weeding and mulching, shrub trimming, watering plants, cleaning outdoor patio furniture, and assisting with tent setup/teardown for outdoor activities. The role may involve other duties as assigned. Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid Ohio driver’s license; lawn care and landscaping experience is required, with irrigation familiarity and small-engine maintenance preferred. Experience in maintenance and healthcare facility settings is preferred. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Ohio driver’s license and be insurable
- Lawn care and landscaping experience required
- Familiarity with irrigation systems (preferred)
- Small-engine maintenance/repair preferred
- Experience in maintenance department and in a health care facility preferred
