Maintain exterior and interior common areas of apartment buildings by completing landscaping projects, disposing of trash, sweeping, and vacuuming. Assist the maintenance team with basic tasks like changing light bulbs and furnace filters, and report any major maintenance needs. Travel to each property daily using a reliable vehicle, with paid mileage. Available full-time or part-time shifts between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, starting on or before September 30th, 2026. This seasonal role is ideal for individuals seeking task-driven work outdoors during the summer months.
