Job Summary
Assist with trimming and removing trees, unwanted, diseased or dying limbs, or affecting tree health and safety. Provide support for crew members by controlling lowering ropes, limbs, and persons from aloft while supplying tools. Control road and sidewalk traffic using warning devices. Cut, chip, and load brush and wood, then perform proper job site cleanup. Requires a driver's license (commercial preferred) and high school diploma. Seasonal August through November, full-time, on-site in Milford, OH, with up to 25% travel. All job-specific equipment and safety gear provided.
Required Qualifications
- Driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to climb trees
- Must be able to control lowering ropes, limbs and persons from aloft
- Must be able to supply tools for tree workers
- Must be able to control road and sidewalk traffic as needed
- Must be able to cut, chip and load brush and wood
- Must be able to perform proper job site cleanup
- Must be available for August - November
- Must be available for up to 25% travel
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Commercial driver's license
