Job Summary
Seasonal Ground Crew responsibilities include weighing, cutting, and packaging product to meet production order specifications; operate and set up equipment for raw hop processing; manage labeling and small-pack requests; maintain accurate records of weight, temperature, and moisture; ensure proper storage and shipment labeling; maintain lean manufacturing practices in the Pellet Plant while upholding safety, HACCP, and cGMP requirements; participate in Safety Committee; adhere to SOPs and employee handbooks; assist team and communicate effectively with supervision; español preferred for communication where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent
- Minimum of six months related experience
- Familiarity with plant equipment operation and SOPs
- Strong mathematical, communication, and computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and carry up to 44 lbs
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for extended periods; access stairs and ladders
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat
- Preferably able to speak Spanish
- Food handler’s cards preferred but not required
