Seasonal Greenhouse Labour - September 2026

Seasonal Production Labourer duties include assisting with planting, potting, tagging, sleeving, and order assembly; general plant care (watering, weeding, planting, pruning); harvesting plants for shipping; preparing work areas and materials; inspecting plants and materials for quality issues; applying stickers and UPC labels; working as part of a team to complete orders on time; maintaining a clean and safe work area; following health and safety procedures; performing other general labour duties as needed; coordinating planting and cultivating activities. Key skills and requirements include ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks, physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, comfort working in warm greenhouse environments, CSA-approved steel toe safety shoes, reliable transportation, and prior production or agricultural experience is an asset but not required. The role is active, on-site, seasonal work with on-site parking in Lincoln, Ontario, Canada.
