Job Summary
Grain Operations Worker responsible for assisting in daily grain operations at a large agricultural facility. Duties include receiving, inspecting, storing, and loading corn and wheat; unloading trucks; operating grain handling and rail/shuttle equipment; running PLC systems for rail shed operations; and supporting extended unloading/loading during harvest seasons. Performs general housekeeping (bin, pit, and equipment cleaning) and adheres to safety procedures. Ideal candidates have a farm, construction, or general labor background, are willing to learn, work as part of a team, and be flexible during peak harvest periods. Key competencies include customer focus, collaboration, adaptability to processes, integrity, accountability, resilience, and a strong safety mindset.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Previous grain operations experience preferred
