Job Summary
Conduct cleaning, organizing, and facility maintenance while managing admin duties such as answering phones, handling counter sales, and coordinating inbound and outbound trucks. Perform grain testing, support equipment maintenance, and serve patrons to promote customer service and operational success. Work outside and within the facility, complying with safety regulations and maintaining a clean environment. This 12-week seasonal role runs September 1 through December 1, with an average schedule of 72 hours per week. A $4,000 bonus is available for completing the full season.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Basic reading skills
- Organized and able to prioritize and multi-task
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures
- Valid and appropriate state driver's license
- Willingness and ability to perform manual work following instructions
- Ability to lift heavy objects, walk, and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions
- Ability to interact and effectively communicate with customers and individuals at all levels of the organization
- Ample availability during the 12-week timeframe (September 1 – December 1)
- 12-hour work days, 6 days a week schedule
- Willingness to work outside and in the facility
