Job Summary
Load and unload shipments safely, stack merchandise in assigned areas, and pick store orders for shipment using an RF Gun. Place boxes on pallets, pick freight from shipping lanes, build pallets, shrink wrap, and move loads with a pallet jack. Maintain facility equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion while performing additional duties as assigned. Work flexible hours including alternate shifts with limited notice, standing for the entire shift and lifting up to 50-pound boxes. Starting at $17.50 hourly, this seasonal role supports the warehouse operations at Five Below, a retailer offering extreme-value products across multiple themed worlds.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions
- Ability to operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods
- Ability to work flexible hours and work an alternate shift for an extended period of time with limited notice
- Ability to stand, stoop, lift and perform manual dexterity
- Lift up to 50-pound boxes, remain on feet for entire shift
- Ability to ascend staircases and perform standing work on an elevated platform
- Ability to work while being exposed to cold temperatures in the winter and hot temperatures in the summer
- High school or equivalent
- Warehouse: 1 year
