Job Summary
Oversee team members and daily operations in games or retail stores, acting in place of the Department Manager when absent. Train staff on standard operating procedures including POS register operation, visual merchandising, cleaning, stocking, and guest service. Enforce company policies, report employee concerns or policy violations, and assist with merchandise decisions, purchase orders, and inventory audits. Maintain equipment, troubleshoot game issues, and review payroll time sheets via the Ultipro system. Address guest complaints, adhere to safety protocols, and complete schedules according to Child Labor Laws. Work in various weather conditions and safely operate a golf cart if 18 and older with a valid driver's license. Starting rate is $12.00/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 17 years of age
- Valid PA driver's license at age 18 and over
- Must be able to perform basic math for game and merchandise sales, pricing, and inventory functions
- Must be organized
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to abide by and enforce policies and procedures
- Must be committed to providing excellent guest service
- Must be proficient in the operation of a Point-of-Sale (POS) register
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word
- Must always maintain and project a positive attitude and a professional demeanor
- Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 25lbs and a maximum of 50lbs on occasion
- Must positively and effectively communicate with team members, co-workers, and guests in the workplace
- Must be able to work and oversee team members in either games or a retail store
- Must attend company and department meetings and training courses as scheduled by the Department Director
- Must be honest and reliable
- Must be able to work in a team atmosphere and assist co-workers on an ongoing basis
- Must adhere to dress code policy
- Must be able to work in various weather and environmental conditions including but not limited to direct or indirect sunlight, heat, humidity, rain, hail, cold
- Must safely operate a golf cart to transport merchandise If 18 years of age or over, with a valid PA driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of a High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid PA driver's license at age 17 is preferred
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience within the department is strongly preferred
- Management and/or Leadership experience is preferred, but not required
