Job Summary
Receive and process merchandise by picking, packing, preparing, shipping orders, and loading/unloading trailers. Input data to prepare reports while providing high-quality customer service to resolve disputes and review compliance with vendors and associates. Follow all company, state, local, and OSHA safety rules; promptly report potential violations to supervisors. Comply with established policies, standards, and guidelines regarding accuracy and productivity. Maintain regular attendance and adhere to dress code requirements. Work flexible shifts including Monday-Friday and Sunday-Thursday rotations, accepting designated overtime as requested. Complete company training programs and cross-train in at least two departments.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in English sufficient to understand and follow rules, training, and instructions necessary for operational safety and efficiency
- Effective collaboration and teamwork skills
- Adept multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to satisfactorily complete company training programs and cross-train in at least 2 departments
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available for 2nd shift
- Must be available for Sunday shifts
- Must be available for Thursday shifts
- Must be available for overtime
- Must be able to work any designated shift
- Must comply with dress code requirements
- Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance
- Must follow all company, state, local and OSHA safety rules, policies and regulations
- Must promptly report any potential violations to the appropriate supervisor or manager
