Job Summary
Operate company vehicles for delivery, pickup, and transfer routes while performing required safety inspections and reporting maintenance concerns. Load and unload rental equipment such as tables, flooring, and lighting, then confirm quantities and details before departure. Communicate with Dispatch regarding route progress or site conditions, and follow setup instructions and safety procedures when working at client locations. Maintain organized vehicles and return equipment, paperwork, and supplies to appropriate areas. Requires physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, stand for 8 to 10 hours, and availability for weekends and holidays. Competitive pay ranges from $19.00 to $24.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse while maintaining accuracy
- Strong attention to detail when counting, sorting, and organizing inventory
- Clear understanding of instructions, safety procedures, and warehouse processes
- Dependable team mindset with the initiative to complete assigned work independently
- Physical capacity to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday
- Availability to stand and walk for up to 8 to 10 hours
- Willingness to frequently push, pull, bend, reach, squat, stoop, and carry equipment
- Flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime based on seasonal needs
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory, moving, or event rentals
- Familiarity with pulling, staging, and verifying outgoing orders
- Knowledge of inventory counts, product inspections, or quality-control practices
- Hands-on experience with pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment
- Exposure to tenting, Will Call, dishware, linen, or other event rental departments
- Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills
