Job Summary
Greet guests, acknowledge arrivals, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining solid product knowledge. Process cash, room, and credit card transactions using the cash register. Perform food-handling, food preparation, and service duties, including periodic bar service coverage. Answer inquiries regarding all food and beverage products and make suggestions for guest decisions. Handle any additional tasks assigned by management. This seasonal role requires weekends and holidays, with days off during the week, through November 1, 2026. ServSafe certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be able to learn how to operate a cash register and cash handling processes
- Must have superior guest relations skills and the ability to answer guest inquiries
- Must have the ability to be trained on cash handling functions and be comfortable using a cash register
- Must have demonstrated exceptional verbal communication skills
- Must have comprehensive menu knowledge
- Must be able to clearly speak, write, and understand the English language
- Must be able to work in a high-volume, high-demand work environment
- Shift: Weekends and Holidays required
- Seasonal End Date: November 1, 2026
Desired Qualifications
- Cash-handling experience preferred
- ServSafe certification preferred
