Job Summary
Pick items from invoices, process orders in business systems, and package goods to meet Lulus shipping standards. Work inside and outside in varying temperatures, handling loads up to 50 lbs while maintaining attention to detail. Perform duties over four ten-hour shifts per week, including weekends and overtime as needed. This seasonal role supports our global shipping operations with a Thursday through Monday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Efficient time management
- Ability to move quickly on your feet up to 10 hours a day
- Lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Proficient use of computer and software applications
- Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and overtime if needed
- Must be able to work a schedule of four ten-hour shifts per week
- Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors
- Ability to visualize items around the work area
- Ability to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stoop and/or kneel to access equipment when needed
- Ability to retrieve and work with appropriate equipment and supplies
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
