Job Summary
Execute order fulfillment with speed and accuracy by picking, packing, and documenting outgoing shipments. Perform quality control checks to ensure items are accounted for and free of damage. Lead stocking, organizing, and maintaining an efficient warehouse space while proactively correcting inventory discrepancies. Assist with general maintenance, cleanup, and safety procedures. Cross-train to become proficient in all warehouse operations. This seasonal role runs from May through mid-September.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail

- Clear and effective communication skills
- ability to successfully complete various activities in the warehouse, including standing, walking, lifting, reaching, and carrying for extended hours
- ability to move, lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout a shift
- ability to read and write effectively in English

- Proven experience in order fulfillment
- Comfortable utilizing modern warehouse tools, including tablets, scanners, and inventory software
- A basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse best practices
