Job Summary
Execute order fulfillment with speed and accuracy by picking, packing, and documenting outgoing product shipments. Perform quality control checks to ensure items are accounted for and free of damage, while proactively identifying and correcting inventory discrepancies. Take the lead in stocking, organizing, and maintaining an efficient warehouse space, and assist with general maintenance and cleanup to ensure a safe environment. Adhere strictly to all company safety procedures and be ready to cross-train across all warehouse operations areas. This seasonal role runs from March through mid-September.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail
- World-class organizational skills
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Ability to read and write effectively in English
- Must be able to successfully complete various activities in the warehouse, including standing, walking, lifting, reaching, and carrying for extended hours
- Must be able to move, lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout a shift
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience in order fulfillment
- Comfortable utilizing modern warehouse tools, including tablets, scanners, and inventory software
- A basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse best practices
