Job Summary
Greet shoppers warmly, resolve customer issues, and deliver curbside orders while monitoring Buy Online Pickup In-Store alerts to ensure Ready on Time completion. Receive and organize merchandise, tag items, and maintain inventory accuracy by recovering the floor, updating signs and pricing, and restocking the stockroom. Complete daily sales goal challenges, process register transactions, and finish strong by sharing Loyalty program benefits and ending with sincere thank-yous. This seasonal role requires flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with schedules of 10-20 hours per week dependent on business needs.
Required Qualifications
