Job Summary
Inspect locations for cleanliness, food quality, inventory, and incidents; open and close stands while supervising staff throughout the event. Manage the designated stand's overall operation, including cash handling per company policy, and conduct monthly audits and daily inventory checks. Train and motivate employees on NYC Board of Health standards, food safety, and equipment use to ensure orders are prepared and delivered on time. Respond to guest feedback on food quality and service, maintaining a clean preparation area and adhering to all safety regulations. Participate in meetings as needed and provide exceptional experiences for guests and team members while working flexible, event-driven hours in a 24/7 environment.

Desired Qualifications
- minimum of 60 credit hours of college-level coursework (representing 2 years)
- similar self-development through certifications, trade school coursework, etc.
- at least 2-3 years of supervisory or lead experience in food service
- Food operations/service preferred in accordance with NYC Board of Health regulations
- Experience resolving inventory discrepancies
