Job Summary
Seasonal full-time Sales Associate at Ben Bridge Jeweler in Brea Mall. Responsibilities include developing authentic relationships with customers, assessing needs, making personalized product recommendations, maintaining product knowledge, utilizing company-supported tools to manage customer information, inspecting and cleaning jewelry, and consulting on repairs for jewelry and timepieces. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, goal orientation, and a team-spirited work style. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of selling experience in retail (or 3+ years of customer service with education), fluent English, and flexibility with holidays; bilingual is a plus. Compensation ranges from $18.50 to $22.00 per hour plus a monthly sales bonus; on-site schedule in a full-time capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of selling experience in a retail environment; or a combination of 3+ years of customer service experience and education
- Minimum of English fluency in spoken and written communication; bilingual is a plus but not required
