Job Summary
Seasonal Field Biologist for Environmental Research Group (ERG) to support the Natural Resources Team on projects across the western United States. Responsibilities include conducting habitat assessments, vegetation surveys, invasive plant identification, wildlife observations, wetlands delineation, environmental compliance monitoring, and GPS-based data collection. Travel extensively with overnight stays and extended field rotations in remote locations; duties require hiking and physical fieldwork in various terrains. The Biologist will document field data, write clear field notes, and contribute to team collaboration, data interpretation, and process improvements. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in natural resources (or related field) and at least one year of directly related experience. Pay range is $34-$35 per hour, with lodging and per diem provided.
