Job Summary
Seasonal Facilities & Maintenance Associate supports general building upkeep, repairs, organization, and light construction across office, warehouse, and exterior areas. Assists with minor building repairs and improvements, installation/replacement of basic materials and fixtures, surface prep for painting, safety and durability improvements, painting touch-ups, keeping spaces clean and organized, conducting basic facility inspections, and assisting with inventory and relocation of items. Requires ability to use basic tools, perform physical tasks, work independently with direction, and maintain a safe, functional work environment in an industrial warehouse/office setting. 60-90 day project-based role with varying tasks and schedule flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- General maintenance, construction, warehouse, or facilities experience helpful but not required
- Ability to use basic tools and follow safety practices
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
- Ability to complete physical tasks consistently and safely
