Job Summary
Seasonal F&B Server Assistant supports restaurant and bar service teams to deliver a smooth dining experience. Responsible for keeping service areas, equipment, and materials clean and organized; assists waiters during service; supports daily preparations; helps maintain Four Seasons hospitality standards. Requires friendly, helpful teamwork, basic English skills, and the ability to carry trays and basic equipment safely. High school diploma or equivalent education is required. Schedule is seasonal and full-time with evenings, weekends, and holidays. Located in Istanbul area (Bosphorus) with local work permit in Turkey.
