Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods, breaking down items, cleaning equipment and areas, returning gear to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing the daily cleaning checklist. Set up and maintain work areas while inspecting china, glass, and silver for cleanliness before use. Practice clean-as-you-go procedures to ensure areas remain tidy throughout the shift. Welcome guests, answer telephones with appropriate etiquette, and report accidents or unsafe conditions to the manager. Perform physical tasks such as lifting objects up to 50 pounds, navigating uneven surfaces, and bending or reaching overhead. Adhere to all safety policies, maintain professional appearance, and ensure quality standards are met.
