Seasonal Event Staff

Prepare facilities and provide food service at hospitality centers by greeting and seating customers, serving meals, directing guests, setting and clearing tables, and resetting event space. Coordinate logistics for events including booking venues, arranging transportation, managing accommodations, and ensuring equipment availability. Liaise with vendors to negotiate contracts and secure permits. Execute event setups based on Banquet Event Orders, moving tables and chairs while maintaining product and equipment standards. Communicate with the Culinary team regarding menus and dietary restrictions, document event updates for the Manager on Duty, and adhere to all safety and training protocols.
