Job Summary
Conduct outdoor field sales at assigned gas station locations within your territory, educating customers on Canadian Tire Financial Products features and benefits. Drive customer sign-ups, build positive relationships with station staff, and deliver exceptional service using confident communication. Manage all customer information with professionalism and confidentiality while representing a nationally recognized Canadian brand. This seasonal contract runs April through September with full-time and part-time options, offering uncapped commission on top of a $15.35 hourly base wage.
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable travelling within your assigned territory
- Outgoing and confident communicator
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check
