Seasonal Event Sales Representative needed to work in-store at a major Canadian retailer, promoting and selling credit card products with an emphasis on face-to-face customer engagement. Responsibilities include proactively approaching customers, explaining features and value, asking diagnostic questions to tailor recommendations, serving as the product authority, consistently meeting sales targets, building positive interactions, adapting to diverse customers, partnering with store staff, safeguarding customer data, and traveling to support multiple store locations across the assigned territory. Compensation includes base hourly pay of 17.60 plus uncapped commission, with flexible Monday–Sunday hours and training provided. Candidates should be outgoing, goal-oriented, clear communicators, confidentiality-minded, and open to background checks; prior customer service or sales experience is a bonus. A vehicle or driver’s license is an asset but not required.
