Job Summary
Execute arrangements for major, sponsored, and corporate group events while maintaining seamless delivery of hospitality and service. Manage facility and operations scheduling communications, resolve guest complaints, and establish relationships with diverse internal and external groups. Confers with supervisors to review achievements and adjust goals based on projected conditions. Assist in assessing event effectiveness and implement techniques to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance guest service. Adapt to frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events while managing multiple priorities in an office environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of previous directly related work experience
- Must possess a valid AZ driver's license
- provide a 39-month violation-free MVR report
- Must be able to obtain for Tribal operator license driving permit at the time of hire
- A satisfactory result obtained through a test for illegal drugs is a requirement of employment
- Must acknowledge and agree to maintain a drug-free workplace as a condition of employment
- Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required as a normal part of this position
- Occasional local day travel

Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
- Knowledge of hospitality/convention and event standards and client service practices preferred
