Job Summary
Seasonal Event Coordinator will assist with planning, setup, execution, and teardown of on-site and off-site events; maintain organization of storage spaces and inventory of event supplies, decor, and equipment; provide on-the-ground support during events to ensure a top-tier guest experience; manage event calendars, task lists, and documentation to meet deadlines; prepare briefing material for staffing; help standardize internal event processes and best practices; provide post-event feedback and recaps; support vendor sourcing and logistics coordination; collaborate with marketing, creative, and retail teams to align event timelines; assist in procuring event materials and tracking receipts/invoices for budget management.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or related field
- Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and flexible hours as needed
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry event materials (up to 40 lbs) and be physically active during event setup/teardown
- Proficient in Google Workspace; experience with project management tools (Asana, Canva) is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
