Seasonal Duty Manager

Lead and motivate the team while supporting the Front of House Manager with day-to-day operations, merchandise promotion, and challenge resolution. Ensure every visitor enjoys a safe, fun, and unique experience through hands-on leadership in cash handling, setting standards, and health and safety compliance. Deliver calm, clear communication and fantastic customer service across evening and weekend shifts during the September to January period.
