Job Summary
Operate tender trucks to deliver Agronomy products while performing general lot maintenance, grounds upkeep including mowing and snow removal, and equipment compliance checks. Assist with inbound and outbound product handling, facility housekeeping, and inventory measurements for dry fertilizer and chemicals. Maintain daily activity records and communicate needs to the location manager. Serve as a backup to Applicators with a Class A or B CDL. Work extended hours during peak seasons.
Required Qualifications
- Class A or B CDL preferred, or ability to obtain Ag CDL
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and judgment skills
- Possess a positive attitude, high energy, and focused attention to detail
- Must have a high sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and team player attitude
- Ability to work extended hours during busy seasons
- Territory and agriculture knowledge is a plus
- Hazmat endorsement a plus
- Acceptable driving history
- Bending and climbing in and out of the truck
- Lift 40+lbs unassisted
Desired Qualifications
- Class A or B CDL preferred, or ability to obtain Ag CDL
