Job Summary
Welcome and acknowledge all guests, manage check-in and check-out processes using a handheld tablet, and perform equipment checks to ensure vessels are functional. Anticipate and address service needs while answering telephone calls with appropriate etiquette. Complete daily clerical work to prepare reservation systems, fuel logs, and weather reports, and clean and maintain vessels and the Club location. Provide basic water guidance to members and adhere to all safety policies while working outdoors in various weather conditions. This seasonal role ends in October/November and requires availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Eligible candidates may receive a $500 retention bonus after the season concludes.
Required Qualifications
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to regularly complete the physical demands of the role including bending, kneeling, balancing and carrying equipment up to 25 pounds
- Ability to read and manipulate handheld tablets
- Availability to regularly work weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Ability to adhere to all safety policies

- Ability to maintain a calm, positive attitude during periods of high activity
- Positive, cooperative attitude with the capability of working unsupervised
