Job Summary
Welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipate service needs, and manage check-in/check-out processes using a handheld tablet. Perform equipment checks, clean and maintain vessels and the Club location, and complete daily clerical work for reservation systems and fuel logs. Provide basic water guidance to members, answer telephone calls with appropriate etiquette, and adhere to all safety policies while working outdoors in various weather conditions. This seasonal role ends in October/November and requires availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. A $500 retention bonus is available for staff working through the end of the season.
Required Qualifications
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to regularly complete the physical demands of the role including bending, kneeling, balancing and carrying equipment up to 25 pounds
- Ability to read and manipulate handheld tablets
- Availability to regularly work weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Ability to adhere to all safety policies

- Experience in or around boats
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain a calm, positive attitude during periods of high activity
- Positive, cooperative attitude with the capability of working unsupervised
