Job Summary
Seasonal Digital Fulfillment Assistant responsible for managing digital data and processing materials during School Picture Day. Responsibilities include executing the daily photo processing flow (including hard drive intake, image uploads, wiping hard drives), delivering on SLAs to ensure customers have access to photos as promised, validating subject data for accuracy, providing team support on various office projects, and assisting with warehouse projects related to storage and shipment of photography equipment. Requires high attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and tolerance for repetitive tasks. Preferred qualifications include Photoshop/photo editing, advanced Excel experience, and knowledge or interest in photography. Education requirement is a high school diploma or GED, with an Associate’s Degree preferred; 2+ years of related experience; pay range $20-$22/hour with overtime potential; location is Eagan, MN.
